Moses Kuria has called out the petition by Nyeri Town Mp Ngujiri Wambugu against the Chief Justice David Maraga as out of order.The Gatundu legislator said that although they mad at the supreme court ruling.
He said that the only person who has a right to institute such a petition was the president because he was directly aggrieved by the ruling and that if he has not yet lodged a complaint then no one else should.

Moses Kuria said that the the chief Justice was a head of an arm of government and that members of parliament did not have the capacity file such a complaint.
The Jubilee party through its secretary General Raphael Tuju has distanced his from the petition saying that Mr. Ngunjiri filed it on his own capacity as a private citizen.
This comes after president Uhuru Kenyatta had vowed to ‘fix’ the judiciary.
