The IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati has released a new memo saying that the commision does not need to await the full judgement from the Supreme Court to commence rectifying the issues that were raised.

Chebukati said that the questions answered by Chiloba raised more questions than answers. The chairman in his memo said that Chiloba had said that there were no notable failures in printing and scanning but in a T.V interview with NTV’s Larry Madowo the CEO had categorically stated that there were issues in printing and scanning which may have destroyed the forms.
