The IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati has released a new memo saying that the commision does not need to await the full judgement from the Supreme Court to commence rectifying the issues that were raised.

He asked why the ICT officials  acquired super user rights over the presidential election yet the IEBC chairman as the National returning officer was the only one permitted to have’ read only’ access to the server.

Chebukati said that the questions answered by Chiloba raised more questions than answers. The chairman in his memo said that Chiloba had said that there were no notable failures in printing and scanning but in a T.V interview with NTV’s Larry Madowo the CEO had categorically stated that there were issues in printing and scanning which may have destroyed the forms.
