A petition has been circulated by over 250 voters who want their names expunged from the IEBC voter register.
The petition was initiated by Harrison Mumia, an activist with Atheists in Kenya.
A number of those who signed expressed dissatisfaction with the polls.
The petitioners said that the elections were not a true reflection of the aspirations of Kenyans.
Harrison says that they are persuaded that the events before, during and after the elections raised too many questions therefore making the voters feel the need to have their names removed from the IEBC register.

Mr Mumia has said they will seek more signatures before handing the petition to the commission.
The Civil society has also said they will move to court to contest the results of the presidential elections.
