In the late 60’s, Mzee Jomo Kenyatta met Dhanji Parmar in the tailor’s shop along Kenyatta Avenue in Nakuru.

Dhanji Parmar did his work with passion and served diligently. And evidently, Mzee Kenyatta was mostly seen in a leather jacket made by the famous tailor.
