Security has been tightened at the national tallying center, Bomas of Kenya, as the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) prepares to announce the presidential results.
The president’s team is already at the Bomas of Kenya.
The IEBC has so far received 273 forms 34B out of the 290 forms.

Uhuru Kenyatta’s chair has already been taken to the Bomas and his media team present.
The Acting CS for Interior Security, Fred Matiang’i has also arrived at the national tallying centre.
The provisional results indicate that the President has garnered 8.1 million votes (54.26) against Raila Odinga’s 6.7 million votes (44.85%).
