Social media site twitter has supported governor Sonko by pulling down the leaked video between him and Kiambu governor Waititu saying that he owned the rights to the recording that unauthorized users were posting.
Twitter had sent out emails to users who had shared the video saying telling them that the video had been pulled down.

Twitter bars anyone who posts content they do have rights to and those who do so risk having their accounts suspended.
Governor Sonko had complained and those who had posted could not access it.
“My phone conversation was accidentally leaked and is now circulating on your platform without my authority,” the complaint under the Nairobi county website stated.
