A Twitter user was on Friday morning fired from the Youth Enterprise Development Fund for not making sexual abuse jokes and for being disrespectful on Twitter.

Obadiah Ogeto is said to have made fun of sexual assault victims or survivors by calling them names. In one tweet, Ogeto referred to them as ‘donkeys.’

According to his boss, Ronald Osumba, he was ‘fired, not because he is a sex offender but because of his attitude and jocular handling of the sensitive issue. The institution is not tolerant to such.’
