“CS Balala’s action in this case has failed to promote public confidence
and integrity to his office not only by failing in his administrative duty as a CS, but
also in the manner in which he responded to the public,” reads the letter in part.

The Thirdway Alliance Party calls for the President to relieve CS Najib Balala of his duties because Kenyans cannot continue to have someone in Cabinet who when called to account for his actions, he quickly hides behind the name of the President.

They demand that CS Balala should apologize to Kenyans by for calling a press conference just to insult them and he should be relieved of his duties as Cabinet Secretary Tourism & Wildlife immediately and in accordance with Article 152 (5) (b) of the constitution of Kenya 2010.
