Over Ten People Perish In Different Road Accidents

Eight people have died this morning in separate accidents in Kitui and Narok Counties.

The first accident happened in Mutomo, Kitui County, along Kitui-Kibwezi Road where a matatu rolled several times leaving six dead and scores others injured.

The second accident happened at Katakala area in Narok County, where a Super Premium Sacco matatu collided head-on with a landrover.

Four other people  including a newborn baby died while six sustained injuries.

The injured persons were taken to the Narok County Referral Hospital while bodies of the deceased were transferred to the same hospital’s mortuary.
