Simba Arati, Dagoretti North Mp elect on Wednesday evening stormed IEBC offices at the Anniversary Towers and accused the officials of altering the forms 34As that the NASA coalition had asked to be made available.
Mr Arati said the commission’s ICT officers were making alterations to the forms before uploading them to their portal.
”I received information from a very reliable source of criminal activities happening here and I came to confirm,” he said.
He noted that he had caught a few people ‘working’ on the forms but added that his party would win in court no matter the circumstances.

”The team told us they were just verifying the information to make sure they matched with what was uploaded but we know they are hiding the truth,” the legislator said.
NASA had on Monday requested for all the forms 34A but the commission through its CEO, Ezra Chiloba said that they could only avail the forms 34Bs.
The coalition that has since decided to move to court to petition Uhuru Kenyatta’s win has maintained that the election was a ‘sham.’
