Kenya Rugby Union on Monday announced a return to work break through with the striking senior Shujaa players.
A statement from the Union read; “The Kenya Rugby Union held a meeting with the Senior Shujaa players: all those who participated in the 2017/2018 HSBC World Sevens Series and agreed to terms on a return to work formula for the remaining part of the season.”
However, this morning the players showed up at the RFUEA Grounds but refused to train.

The senior national Rugby 7s side are facing relegation from the HSBC Sevens World Series. The team is one place above the red line.
They have also not reached the quarterfinals of the main cup this season. The team lost all their matches at the Vancouver 7s.
