K24’s Serah “Teshna” Ndanu is set to replace former Citizen’s Daybreak presenter Joey Muthengi, in the show she hosted alongside Willis Raburu, Waihiga Mwaura and Fred Indimuli.
Ms Ndanu previously hosted at K24 Alfajiri alongside Jeff Mote and Ciku Kaittany.
She is an actress and has won several awards including Best Lead Actress in 2011 and 2012 during the Kalasha Film Awards.

Joey resigned from Citizen after she was summoned by Royal Media Services management for working for Betin, a competitor of RMS’ Shabiki.
Another Day break presenter who resigned from Citizen was Fred Indimuli, who got a job with K24.
Fred is set to be replaced by NTV’s former senior anchor, Trevor Ombija.
