Nairobi senator Johnson Sakaja stunned congregants in a church after he rewarded a man who had been dumped by his girlfriend a few days before his wedding because he could not afford it.
The senator said that he was one of their own even if he had been rejected. He gave the man man Sh.50000 so as to start planning for his wedding.

The church had offered him a job paying him Sh.15000 which Sakaja said he would also give a similar amount every month to support the man.
If all that was not enough the legislator offered his Prado to ferry the man during his wedding. He said he would attend the ceremony if he was invited.
The man was so elated he could only hug the senator.
