Lugari MP Ayub Savula’s bodyguard and three others were on Wednesday night involved in a tragic accident that left two dead.
The bodyguard, identified as Victor Mudidi and a 17 year old boy died on the spot. The driver and the other occupant sustained severe injuries and are said to be in critical condition.
The driver is admitted at the MP Shah hospital.
Savula said that the driver had just dropped him off at his Karen home and was taking the deceased home. They were headed to Embakasi before the vehicle veered off the road into a forest.
”They had dropped me home and I released the driver to drop off the bodyguard, my son’s friend and a boy from the neighbourhood, when the accident occurred.”
The car is said to have been speeding when the accident occurred. The MP also pointed out that the bodyguard’s gun was found at the scene of accident but the magazine was no where to be found.
