Rutto Was Lonely In NASA, Only Going Back Home

ruttoFormer Bomet Governor, Isaac Rutto was ‘lonely’ in NASA and has decided to ‘come back home.’

“I felt lonely. I found myself alone and I have now decided to come back,” Rutto said at a rally in Kapkatet, Kericho county.

Rutto joined the Jubilee party earlier today decamped from the NASA coalition after assuring his supporters of his continued support for the Raila Odinga led camp.

The Chama cha Mashinani party leader joined the NASA coalition shortly after the formation of the Jubilee party as the fifth principal.

 

“Uhuru and Ruto talked to me into coming back,” he said.

“We started the journey of joining the other team. You people cheered me on but when I got there, I realized I was alone,” he said.

“Tulianza pamoja na yeye (Uhuru) ndiyo maana tuko na yeye sa hii. Tumekuja na tuna unga Uhuru mkono.”

 

NASA co-principal, Musalia Mudavadi on Tuesday had said that Rutto was firmly in their corner.

Peter Munya, former Meru Governor joined NASA, replacing Rutto.
