Miguna Miguna has expressed his disregard to the decision by Raila Odinga to reconcile with Uhuru Kenyatta.
He said that the move by the NASA leader to abandon the fight against electoral justice was erratic and irrational. The lawyer who was deported to Canada for swearing the NASA leader said that by moving on the lives of over 380 people who were killed for being ‘Raila supporters’ will never achieve justice.

he also blamed President Uhuru and William Ruto for denying him his birth right and deporting him from Kenya and that his problems were are as result of swearing in Raila who is currently toasting and hugging with the despotic duo.
“As Raila Odinga and Uhuru Kenyatta toast, hug and laugh in Nairobi, I remain marooned in Canada because I swore the former in at Uhuru Park on January 30th, 2018. I am here against my will. I am here despite the fact that I have a birthright to be in Kenya. I am here against my will because the illegitimate regime of Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto violated my constitutional and human rights, subverted the constitution, disobeyed multiple court orders and refused to operate within the rule of law.” Miguna wrote on his Facebook.
He termed the reconciliation as a betrayal to the people who lost their life and were injured while supporting Raila Odinga especially during the Anti IEBC protests organized by the coalition.
He said that the shaking of hands by Raila and President Uhuru was not a solution to the problems that Kenyans were facing but it was cementing the 55 years of domination by few elites and families.
NASA principals Kalonzo, Wetangula and Mudavadi have also said that they were not aware of the said reconciliation.
