Raila Odinga said that he will sue Cambridge Analytica for the spread of ‘devilish’ propaganda about him during the 2017 elections. The NASA leader said that their operations would be the end of democracy.
He said that he would also sue social media giant Facebook for coordinating the spread of such propaganda. He said that the company knew that Kenya was the largest users of social media in Kenya and saw it as a perfect hub for spreading such propagated content.

“We will certainly take legal action against Cambridge Analytica. The introduction of this system being brought by Cambridge is bad for electoral democracy in the continent.” Raila told Chanel 4 news.
He said that if Cambridge Analytica is not stopped people will be turned into robots voting as a result of manipulation but not out of their own volition.
He said that their international legal team would sue both Cambridge Analytica and Facebook for construing him as an evil leader.
