    Quack Doctor Mugo Wa Wairimu’s Employees Remanded

    Two students who were employed by quack doctor Mugo wa Wairimu have been arraigned in court and remanded for operating without a valid licenses.

    Their boss is however allegedly on the run after the expose that was aired by NTV’s investigative journalist Dennis Okari.

    The court ruled that the two students should be remanded until November 15 to pave way for investigations. The feature highlighted the two employees assist Mugo procure illegal abortions in Nairobi’s Kayole estate where he had three clinics.

    Mugo wa Wairimu was often high on drugs while diagnosing and operating on patients . The two witnessed him perform procedures unprofessionally and even at times operated on clients .

    The quack doctor’s story first came into the limelight three years ago after he was reported to be sexually assaulting his patients at his clinic in Githurai.
