Police Reveal That The Man Gunned Down On Thika Road was A Private Investigator

A private detective was shot dead on Thika Road after his vehicle was sprayed by close to 40 bullets.

On lookers said that Wilson Mwangi Munene was stopped on the road by three hooded men driving a black car. The private detective was allegedly well recognized by the police at the Kasarani police station and the office of the Directorate of Criminal investigation after a scrutiny of his KRA documents.

The reason behind his shooting is still unknown.

Police from Thika are following leads that they have received and hope to get the assailants soon.The deceased’s bullet riddled vehicle was towed to Thika Police Station and his body taken to General Kago Funeral home.
