Police in Uganda have warned organizers of the upcoming Nambole concert by musician and Kyandondo MP Bobi Wine stating they are yet to get police clearance.
The Metropolitan police commander said that the venue for the concert had already been booked for another event and therefore the concert cannot take place on the planned date.
The musician is set to release his love hit song Kyarenga in the concert. Mangers of the Nambole stadium have however stated that they are capable of hosting both events.
They said that Bibi Wine’s team had booked the venue but required needed the clearance from the police before they are allowed to use the venue.
Bobi Wine has been declared a state enemy due his opposition of the presidents rule. Appearing on Jeff Koinange live in Kenya he said that Museveni’s rule was worse than that of Idi Amin.

This is not the first time the the police are stopping his concert as his concerts were also stopped during his campaign period.
