
John Kamama , Chairman PNU party has dismissed former Meru Governor Peter Munya’s endorsement of NASA candidate Raila Odinga.
He said that Munya was not the party leader saying that former president Mwai Kibaki was still the party leader.
Kamama on behalf of the party also dismissed the secretary general, John Okemwa saying that that he was stripped off the signatory duties a while back.

He said that a judgement by the political parties tribunal stated that the former governor and his team did not belong to the National Executive Committee.

The former governor and a few PNU members defected to the National super alliance saying that he was a victim of the electoral anomalies that had taken place in the 8th August polls.
Mr Munya will be petitioning Kiraitu Murungi’s win.
