Eastleigh North MCA Osman Adow Ibrahim has threatened to resign as the ward representative citing frustration from other leaders.
In his resignation letter seen by Kahawa Tungu, the ward rep says he is tired of leaders who follow up on projects but never really get the work done.
“It’s been nice working with you all but it deeply hurts to see leaders following up on projects for a whole year without any progress may be it’s me or the system,” Mr Adow’s resignation reads in part.
He further asks those he may have wronged to forgive him even as he wishes the people of California the best as they choose their leader of choice.
“I hope the leader they will choose will be in good terms with whom ever is making my work hard for the great people of California to enjoy development and progress in due course,” he adds.
In another message seen by Kahawa Tungu the MCA complains about not receiving any help for the people from the CDF kitty that is meant to benefit the constituents.
It is however not clear to whom the complaints are directed but Mr Adow accuses the unidentified individual of making empty promises and treating him like a “juvenile.”
“My pleas to you and your office handlers continue and so as your erratic and your attitude suggestive of ‘I have it, why don’t you and I care not’,” he laments.
