The employee, Ronald is heard trying to explain to the CEO why he had not let go of brand promoters. Peng, hurls insults at the employee who explains that he could not terminate the promoters without notice.

According to a tweep, Diana Chero the Chinese are also treating the employees at the Kisumu branch with the same condescension.
In Kisumu, Diana says, the lower ranking employees are referred to as ‘mujinga’ which loosely translates to ‘stupid.’
On Friday, Techweez reported that OPPO was investigating the matter and thereafter ‘institute requisite measures within the confines of our Human Resource Policy and the law.’
