Opera Pharma Limited employees have complained about their director Aziz Bhaidani for ill treatment while at work.

The employees say that the director often comes to the office with alcohol and drinks through the day. They say that when he gets drunk he abuses the employees and forces them to work for long hours.

They gave an example that on the February 19, they worked the whole day without a lunch break and after the day was over, Mr Bhaidani fired six employees in his drunken stupor.

The angered employees revealed to Kahawa Tungu that the Director had entered into a relationship with one of the female employees whom he often kissed in front of other employees.

Employees also said that the director Aziz recently terminated two female employees for being pregnant.

The Opera Pharma employees also revealed that their field employees were yet to receive their pay from November 2018.

Several calls to the director went unanswered with the number being switched off at the time of publishing this story.
