Dennis Onsarigo has come to the defence of fellow journalist Jacque Maribe after her fiance, Joe “Jowie” Irungu was arrested in connection with the murder of Monica Kimani.
Monica was found dead at her residence in Luciane Apartment Complex in Kilimani on Thursday last week.
Jacque was questioned by the police where she admitted to driving her fiance to Nairobi West hospital.
Dennis’ tweet elicited a number of reactions online from Kenyans On Twitter. This is what people had to say:
That's aiding and abating a crime.. She's equally culpable in this case. Should have reported to @NPSOfficial_KE

I honestly feel for her.. and that’s why I think it’s advise for people like you, Jacque and others in public life..keep your private life off the cameras completely..your fiancé’s, kids and family in general be under lock and key! Wyre, Churchill, Redsan and afew others style!
