Comedian Njoro Hosting Peace Concert In The Diaspora


njoroGeorge Maina popularly known as Njoro of the Churchill Comedy show is flying to the US where he will host a concert organized by Kenyans living in diaspora.

The comedian is among the people invited to host an event in Long Beach, California.

The concert is known as Amani Food festival and is aimed at promoting peace among Kenyans abroad.

It is also meant to unite Kenyans as a whole considering the rising political temperatures the country is currently experiencing.

During the concert, people will bring along delicacies from their various ethnic communities after which they will dine together as people from one country.

The concert is an annual event and was founded by Steven Mbugua.

This year’s event which will be held on October 21, and is supported by Kenya Consulate General in Los Angeles and Eddy Toto Gear.
