The Director of Immigration, Major General (Rtd) Gordon Kihalangwa has revoked NASA’s key strategist, David Ndii’s passport.
In a letter dated February 5, the economist has been directed to surrender the passport, number C051258 to the Director of Immigration Services at Nyayo House within 21 days, failure to which it will be rendered ‘null and void.’
Ndii was among NASA members who on Tuesday morning applied for anticipatory bail, which was set at Sh100,000.
Among those seeking bail were Gladys Wanga, James Orengo, Babu Owino, Norman Magaya, George Khaniri, Simba Arati, Hassan Joho.
On Monday, the economist accused President Uhuru Kenyatta of being a drunkard who does not deserve to be in State House, but in a rehab.
