    NASA Presidential Tallying Centre Raid ‘Untrue’ – Police Say

    The police have denied that 30 police officers raided the NASA tallying centre on Friday night.

    According to Kinoti George, Assistant Inspector General, the alleged burglary has not been reported to any police station.

    ”These allegations are untrue and further wish to state that no such report of a burglary has been made to any Police Station.”

    The police has however invited anyone with information in regard to the NASA break in to report to the nearest police station.

    The centre that is located at the Sifa Towers near General Mathenge Drive was raided by alleged police officers wearing hoodies. They were apparently armed with AK47 rifles.

    They made away with laptops, tablets and computer servers.

    No arrests have been made so far.

    The opposition is having its final campaign rally on Saturday at the Uhuru Park.
