Men in Nairobi are more often than not seen as color blind .They often lean toward the darker colors and most of them cannot tell the difference between some colors.

James Mwangi  has defied these odds by being Nairobi’s most colorfully dressed man.He is not shy of color and matches  all manner of colors.

On a regular day you will find him hanging around City Hall and Mfangano street taking selfies as his suits have grabbed him a lot of attention especially from the ladies.

James says that most of his suits are imported from abroad and the price range varies from Shs 80,000 to 100,000 depending on the seller.

James says that he always ensures he maintains one color scheme when leaving the house. He states that he matches every item including the cover of his phone which he changes on a daily basis

Do not be fooled by what he adorns Mwangi has a regular day job,he has worked as a the National coordinator of the youth since1993.Founded community policing project among other projects.
