It is emerging that the man whose abandoned house police recovered a cache of arms in is a personal friend and former school friend of General Samson Mwathethe.
In various posts online, the man Colin Aglae openly acknowledges his associations with the military boss as well as vouch for his reputation.
Colin Aglae is a wanted man now in Kenya after a cache of arms and more than 2,500 bullets were found in his house in Muthangari. The assortment of weapons and training manuals surprised the police but questions have been asked on how the man kept the big cache a secret for a long time.
The man seems to be a game enthusiasts. As much as he is said to be foreign, it is also emerging that he is a white Kenyan who went to school mostly in Kenya before going for military training elsewhere.
The man seems to be a gun runner who sells the weapons to who is who and help them obtain fake police certificates for the arms.

Kenyans might not expect anything to happen to the man as the case of Ismael Munir who was arrested in Narok with a bigger assortment was never jailed. More than 100,000 bullets were recovered from Munir’s house after the December 2009 raid.
