IEBC ICT manager, Chris Musando’s life was in danger, NASA Co-principal, Musalia Mudavadi has revealed.
Mr Musando had reported the threats against his life to the Central Police station on a few occasions, says Musalia.
Speaking during a presser at the Capital Hill offices, the Amani National Congress party leader said that the NASA team had viewed the ICT manager’s body at the Lee Funeral home and it was clear that his killers were ‘inhuman.’
The opposition has maintained that Musando’s death was meant to intimidate the Kenyan people.
According to Mudavadi, other IEBC officers have also claimed that their lives are in danger. IEBC Chairman, Wafula Chebukati had his security detail incresed by six more officers and two chase cars.
Musalia urged their supporters to come out in large numbers and vote for the team that will unite Kenyans.
Chris’ car was found on Monday morning at the Thika Road Mall and his body at the City mortuary.
He was found in Kikuyu. His body was mutilated with head injuries.
