Elgeyo Marakwet senator, Kipchumba Murkomen, took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the NASA petition that was filed in court on Friday evening.
The lawyer said that he had gone through the 25000 page petition and found it to be hollow and full of deceptive stories.
As a teacher of law I saw 25000 pages of hollow and deceptive stories. Lots of form without substance.

The unforgiving KoT had none of it and had to counter the Senator’s thoughts.
Some wondered how it was possible for him to have read the 25000 page document in such a short time.
Here are some of the replies and reactions shared by the KoT:

The tweet elicited many comments most of which doubted if Mr. Murkomen was indeed a teacher of law.

information different we have seen this in different verdict pass bwana murkomen ,
One thing we should understand is that there will be no time all the judges will have to go through such huge volumes ,more so ,those are just form 34A &B’s,let the battle be ,we have good lawyers in this nation,as voters we did our part .the rest is with the justice system to deliver, bearing in mind that not all kenyans voted for NASA or JUBILEE but good number for both parties .
