
Peter Kihara, MP Mathioya constituency, Murang’a county was a guest of the state spending Wednesday night at the Kilimani police station after being arrested for drunk driving.
The MP was flagged down on Langata road after he was spotted driving recklessly, The legislator however decided to speed off which led to a chase down along Mbagathi Road.

He was later arrested and the alcoblow test revealed that he had partaken more than the required limit for driving.
He was released on bond but was told to attend court where he would face charges of drunk driving.
