Miguna Miguna has suffered an asthma attack while in custody. According to Edwin Sifuna who is the advocate representing Miguna, the officer in charge prevented him from giving him his medication.
He aid the OCS became hostile preventing Miguna from receiving his treatment.

Miguna Miguna was retained at the station despite the court ordering that he be released on bail.

He was arrested on Friday following the controversial swearing in of Raila Odinga, He also asked NRM supporters to remove portraits bearing the picture of Uhuru Kenyatta from their business premises.
