Lawyer Nelson Havi has revealed the self declared NRM general has been detained at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) toilet on terminal 2
He said that the lawyer refused to sign forms to regularize his Kenyans citizenship. The lawyer has also disclosed that his counsel have been denied access to him and he said that the current situation was getting out of hand.

Nelson Havi said that the ministry of interior was diplaying outright impunity and incompetence when dealing with this Miguna issue.
Acting Director of Immigration Joseph Munywoki insited that Miguna lost his citizenship in 1998 and was required to reapply for the same before being allowed entry into the country.
An attempt by the government to deport Miguna to Dubai aboard an Emirates flight failed after he vehemently refused.
Miguna was deported after his arrest for facilitating the swearing in of NASA leader Raila Odinga. He criticized the leader after the handshake saying that it would not guarantee change.
