A Kiambu bound matatu was on Monday involved in an accident near the DCI Headquarters.
The Marafiki Sacco 14-seater matatu is said to have been overlapping when it lost control veering off the road and into a valley in Karura Forest.
The wreckage was pulled out of the valley by volunteers as they tried to rescue the passengers.
It is not yet clear if there are casualties involved.
