Traffic Police

A man was recently arrested for filming some Kenyan Policemen who were attempting to extort bribes from a Matatu crew. The Parklands based traffic policeman and woman were unhappy with the man for filming them. When they found out the he had a foreign accent, they decided to intimidate him and tell him that it was wrong in Kenyan law to film a police officer but the man stood his ground telling them that nothing is wrong when a public officer in uniform is filmed while he is wearing a uniform and on duty.

They later decided not to book him but he insisted that he wanted to go to court and have his say in court as he was not going to pay any bribes or allow them to let him go without a charge.
