Lawrence Lual Malong Yor Jnr, a controversial South Sudan tycoon is going to support the Kenya University Students’ Organisation (Kuso).
The 30 year old ‘Young Tycoon’ as he likes to refer to himself while speaking at the Serena Hotel said that he will “invest a lot of dollars in Kuso.”
Flanked by a number of Kuso members, the man of large means said that he supports the Kenyan youth but Kenyans online instead want him investigated.
Speaking to Citizen Tv’s Jeff Koinange on Sunday, Lual denied being the son or step son of former Chief of General Staff of the South Sudan Army, General Paul Malong.
“I am Lawrence Lual Malong Yor Jr, which means my father is Lual Malong Yor Snr. General Malong is not my father… we are not related,” he said.
Asked about his source of wealth, he said: “I got my wealth from my Lord Jesus Christ.”
Kenyans said:
Kenya is part of the reason South Sudan can't get on its feet. We must stop cleansing and protecting #TheProfiteers.@DCI_Kenya I believe you have all the reasons to pay Serena Hotel a visit.@johnallannamu @JBoinnet @FredMatiangi pic.twitter.com/cfWw9UuC8X

This is shameless and young people are lost, desperate, confused and disillusioned thoroughly. God help this country.

This video says more about those surrounding him than it does about Lual Malong. Money isn't everything man! #TheProfiteers https://t.co/L8UTJF3GKv
