Blogger Abraham Kiplangat Mutai also known as Lord Mutai on Twitter on Friday filed an appeal against the High Court ruling that saw ThirdWay Alliance presidential candidate, Ekuru Aukot included in the October 26 polls.
Delivering the ruling, Justice Mativo said that IEBC infringed upon Aukot’s right to political participation.
Lord Mutai, has however said that the judge erred in his judgement including one where he stated that the presidential candidate was discriminated upon.
The applicant asked that the matter be heard without delay due to time constraints.
The case will be heard on Monday, 16 October.
