KoT are an angry lot for the simple fact that they were denied a public holiday to celebrate IDD-UL-ADHA which was celebrated in 2016.
Acting Interior CS Fred Matiang’i declared that non Muslims should go about their normal day to day activities as the holiday will only be for the people who profess the Islamic faith.
However Kenyans on twitter asked the CS to explain the meaning of a Public Holiday citing that his declaration was a bit too scanty.

Most Kenyans on twitter declared that they also have Abraham and Isaac in the Bible so it was kind of their holiday too.
Most Kenyan on twitter want Friday to be declared a national Public holiday for all Kenyans of all faiths.
