KoT are an angry lot for the simple fact that they were denied a public holiday to celebrate IDD-UL-ADHA which was celebrated in 2016.
Acting Interior CS Fred Matiang’i declared that non Muslims should go about their normal day to day activities as the holiday will only be for the people who profess the Islamic faith.
However Kenyans on twitter asked the CS to explain the meaning of a Public Holiday citing that his declaration was a bit too scanty.
