Kisii South Sub County National Intelligence Service (NIS) boss Eric Brian Okumu has been reported missing.
According to his wife, Faith Nyawira Kigundu, the NIS boss last communicated with her on March 12,2019.
In his final communication with his wife, Okumu had notified her that he had arrived at his work station.
The police report on his disappearance reads: “It was reported by one Faith Nyawira Kigundu a resident of Umoja Nairobi that her husband namely Erick Brian Okumu a Luo male adult aged 34 years currently in charge National Intelligence Service (NIS), Kisii South Sub County went missing on 12th March 2019 at an unknown time.”
The police are currently investigating his whereabouts.
Kenyans have been called upon to offer any information concerning the top spy with the nearest police station.

His missing report adds to the statistics of number of missing persons who have caught the attention of Kenyans in the recent past.
In February, special justice activist Caroline Mwatha was reported missing before her body was found at City Mortuary.
In the same month, AMREF nurse Margaret Kilelu, who had been reported missing, was found unconscious in Mombasa.
