Senior Counsel Ahmednassir Abdullahi appearing on Citizen Tv Jeff Koinange Live said that he would file a petition in two weeks  to expose the corrupt judges of the Supreme Court. The senior counsel admitted that there was indeed rot within the judiciary and that judges received bribes for judgements.

He said that the Chief Justice bowed down to pressure from the Executive to transfer judges. Ahmednassir Abdullahi said that the Judiciary was not a conduit to fight corruption as it should be an uninterested party.

He said the transfer of Judges, Chacha Mwita, Justice Mativo and Justice George Mativo was unfair and that they were doing an excellent job. He said the three judges allowed the constitution to speak Kenyans.

He insinuated that the judges were transferred so as to allow the passing of the Huduma number that he said would soon be challenged in court.

The grand Mullah denied representing the Deputy President William Ruto on the Weston Hotel land saga saying that he represented a company that owned the hotel

“Am not William Ruto’s lawyer, I represent  a company that owns Weston Hotel and the Deputy President is not an owneror a shareholder of the Hotel,” senior counsel said

The Deputy President during an interview with the BBC admitted to owning the controversial hotel.

He said that he would advise the Deputy President not to pay for the land because he was an innocent purchaser for value

Central Kenya will not accept the referendum because the parliamentary system would neutralise their tyranny of numbers.

“It would be foolish for people from Central Kenya to accept the Parliamentary system,” Ahmednassir Abdullahi

The lawyer downplayed fellow lawyer Miguna Miguna ‘s bid at the presidency stating that he makes nonsensical noise and did not valid points.

On the handshake , The senior counsel said there was no legal framework but a friendship between President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga.

The Grand mullah said that President Uhuru Kenyatta should retire after the two terms ,he said that  there was no need for an extension.
