A nine year old Kenyan girl, over the Easter Weekend, visited President Yoweri Museveni in Rwakitura, Uganda.
Sheila Sheldon Charles was accompanied by her mother to Uganda, following a previous invitation by President Museveni.
Sharing pictures of their meeting, Museveni noted: “My mulukulu from Mombasa, Sheila Sheldon Charles visited me in Rwakitura with her mother as we agreed she would, when I met her during my recent state visit to Kenya.”
Sheldon is a visual artist, from Mombasa.
Museveni noted that Sheldon had offered to paint an art of him during his recent State Visit to
Mombasa.
He thanked the Kenyan girl for bringing him portrays as Easter gifts.
According to the Uganda president, Sheldon’s mother told him that she was named Atieno since she was born at 8 pm.
Museveni further thanked President Uhuru Kenyatta for supporting Sheldon’s education as the parents were unable to.
