NASA co-principal, Kalonzo Musyoka’s Karen home attack was falsified, an officer has revealed.
Speaking to the Star, the officer noted that they were yet to recover cartridges spent during the alleged 2am attack.
The unidentified officer recounted events from the Wednesday morning attack saying that the former VP called them claiming that his home was being attacked.
Upon arriving at Kalonzo’s residence, they found him outside in ‘blue khaki trouser, socks and shirt.’
The officer says that the Wiper party leader had in his hands, a grenade pin and a live bullet.
Kalonzo is on Tuesday told journalists that his security team had been withdrawn by the government, upon which two armed bodyguards were assigned to him.
The guards, the local daily reports said that they heard a loud bang but did not come from the opposition leader’s residence.
It came from the neighborhood, they said.

At the scene of incident were Nairobi DCI commander, Kamwende Ireri and Bomb Detection Squad officers.
Kalonzo has been criticized by Kenyans, specially Raila Odinga supporters who say that he betrayed their leader after missing the swearing in ceremony.
But he has blamed the government for his missing out on the oath taking ceremony. The state, he says, withdrew his security and held him, Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula in a room.
