Police in Namanga in Kajiado county arrested a man suspected to have murdered his wife and his lover after walking in on them at 2am.
Samuel Gitonga allegedly reached for a kitchen knife and stabbed his love rival multiple times in the neck, chest and abdomen, killing him on the spot.
He then turned to his wife and strangled her to death.

Gitonga then turned himself in to Namanga police station after the incident. The couple seven month year old child was found suckling from her mother.
The couple had sired three children who have been left at the mercy of the neighbors because their families members were unknown to the neighbors
The bodies of the two we’re moved to Kajiado county referral hospital.
Kajiado police boss Mohamed Issa confirmed the incident .
