K24 Kiswahili bulletin anchor Alphonce Oladipoh risks being arrested over a case in a Mombasa court where he is sued for child neglect. The anchor who has been in court regarding the case since 2011 (Case number 31) was sued under Children’s Act Number 8 of 2001.

Alphonce was sued at Tononoka Court while working for Mombasa’s Baraka FM. The mother of the said kid is said to be a 28-year-old saloonist whom Alphonce is said to have met while she was only 18 years old. The child is now in class 3 and developed some health complications.

The TV anchor is required to appear during the next mention, failure to which a warrant of arrest will be issued against him since he is said to have already ignored several summons.
