Justice Kimaru has revoked the deportation of self proclaimed NRM -K general Miguna Miguna.
The High court declared that the lawyers deportation to Canada was illegal. He said that the passport that was revoked be deposited at the Milimani law courts within seven days.

Miguna was deported to Canada on authorization by the interior CS Fred Matiang’i. The CS said that Miguna had in 2009 revoked his Kenyan citizenship and had not declared that he wanted it back after the new constitution came to place.
The lawyer who has Dual citizenship was arrested on account of issuing an illegal oath and being a member of an illegal group National resistance movement.
Before his deportation Justice Kimaru had said that all charges against the former gubernatorial candidate after police had failed to produce him in court after several court orders.
The police had also refused to release him after the court granted him cash bail.
The Government has said that it will appeal against the decision of Justice Kimaru, Interior PS Kibicho saod that the deportation was procedural.
