Jubilee Party Secretary General, Raphael Tuju has written to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) asking him to investigate and prosecute NASA co-principal Musalia Mudavadi and Senator James Orengo for having illegally accessed the IEBC servers.
Raphael Tuju claims that in a letter dated August 10 addressed to IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati, the two claimed to have secretly and surreptitiously obtained information on the presidential results from ‘confidential sources’ within the commission.

Jubilee party claims that NASA has subsequently held press conferences at which they said they were in possession of data and information in IEBC’s IT systems which could have been accessed unlawfully or which was false information deliberately put out to undermine the electoral process.
The President’s party has asked the DPP to act expeditiously and gather sufficient evidence pursuant to the IEBC Act,the elections act, penal code and/or any other law that may have been violated by the two or any other person.
